FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You do not need any prior fitness qualification to undertake The HIIT Company training. However, some clubs may require other certificates to teach, please contact your prospective club for further details.
Yes, the monthly fee is £9.99 per month. This includes your licence, and access to your program content.
We offer both workshop and online courses. Both of which can be completed within a day.
