Online HIIT Instructor Course

The HIIT Instructor Course is delivered online via our learning platform. The training can be accessed at anytime and the work and assessments completed at your own pace. 

We have made the process of becoming a HIIT instructor straightforward. Our training will provide you with all the skills and tools required to become a safe and highly effective instructor. During your online training you will:

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
In order to complete the course to the highest level, You will need access to a PC/Laptop & internet. A mobile phone can be used, however, you may have issues as the platform has been built for desktop.

Do I need qualifications to enroll?
In order to enroll in our course, we do not require you to have any prior fitness qualification. However, some gyms may require other forms of fitness qualifications in order to teach.
