THE WORKOUT

HIITNRIDE is a 30-minute HIIT workout, designed by team members from the Great Britain Cycling Team. It uses an indoor bike to achieve amazing results.

The workout is power packed with short bursts of effort followed by incomplete rest, ensuring that your physical and mental limits are pushed to the max. The HIITNRIDE workout contains voice over music tracks and pre-designed training sessions allowing instructors to deliver inspirational and motivating workouts

The workout incorporates methodology used by many Olympic champions which in turn will allow you to smash your fitness goals and burn hundreds of calories in the shortest time possible.

What qualifications do I need?

You do not need any prior fitness qualification to undertake The HIIT Company training. However, some clubs may require other certificates to teach, please contact your prospective club for further details.

How long is the course?

We offer both workshop and online courses. Both of which can be completed within a day.

Is there a fee?

Yes, the monthly fee is £13 per course – we offer discounts for those who wish to avail of multiple courses, just let us know here. This includes your licence, your monthly HIITSTEP workout release and inclusion into the instructor network.
