BCAA’s for your intra-workout
While you are training, it is important to keep well hydrated, this is because your body needs water for every chemical process it completes, and when you are working out, there is an awful lot going on which needs water. A lack of water can also cause cramps and dehydration. If you really want to maximize the effectiveness of your training then add some BCAA’s (branch chain amino acids) to your water when you train. BCAA’s are the building blocks of protein and they help to boost muscle growth and enhance exercise performance. You’re giving your muscles an influx of exactly what they need when they need it most. Lean protein sources such as fish, tofu, chicken etc. Green leafy vegetables with every meal and carbohydrates need to be smart. Get enough rest - put your feet up!
Yes, it’s true. Resting is an integral part of your training regime. When you are resting, this is when your body has a chance to repair and grow back stronger from all the strain you have been putting it under. Training every day can be detrimental to your progress. Try to get two rest days a week to give your body a good chance at recovering. Sleep is also a hugely important factor in recovering properly after training and is imperative for your success. Ensure you are getting enough sleep every night.

Training hard is a great start when it comes to achieving the body of the dreams, but it doesn’t stop there. If you are serious about getting results then you need to be ticking every box.
